Thank you for your purchase of a Hollywood Vampires VIP upgrade. This purchase does NOT include a show ticket. You must have a show ticket to attend the VIP experience. VIP packages are non-refundable. There are no personal autographs permitted during the photo op. A staff photographer will take your photo with the band. You will receive an email 2-3 days before the event with where to check in and what time to arrive at the venue. If you purchase a General Admission ticket, we cannot guarantee early entry or a reserved spot due to the timing of the meet & greet. All VIP items are distributed on-site. Nothing is sent prior to the concert. If you do not arrive in time to pick up your merchandise, we are not able to ship the products.
